i'm sorry for even giving this a view. really, i think it was that bad, it doesn't even deserve my view. can i take it back? there's no variation in characters, only one level, pretty damn retarded storyline, half-assed work altogether.

awesome tutorial!

i already know a lot about flash, but i still check out tutorials just to brush up on my skills. anyway, this is an excellent tutorial. i like how you made the menu using skills that your tutorial explains. very cool.

and that spinny thing in your easing section, where it says "mess around some with it and you can do stuff like this"..... it's quite hypnotic......

now if only there were tutorials like this when i was learning.

okay.. i was going through and reading what other people thought, and i was surprised to find you had more than one good review.

my apologies, but the sound was horrible. when you accelerate and drive, the sound resembles nothing of a car. and everytime i hit something, i had to stop and think to myself "who just signed off? wait... i'm not signed onto AIM!". very bad choice of SFX on that one.

another problem: the fact that you can sit still and spin in circles. that's not cool, and you shouldn't be able to do that. in most games, you want to shoot for realism, just keep that in mind for future reference. in some games you can get away with it, but not this one.

but the actual scripting and physics weren't TOO bad. the gameplay was at least up to par, and if i mute my computer and throw some realism realism points out for a moment, i can play this game for a little while. i'll give you that much.

ok first of all the sounds i admit were not gr8 but as i dnt have nor have ever used AIM i didnt realise it was a similar sound i apologise for that. as for your other points i will take them in mind when makin other games

why do people keep posting dressup "games" on newgrounds? if you lack scripting talent, learn first, submit later. goddamnit! this doesn't even qualify as a game, it's a toy for five year olds who like to play with dolls.

it's odd, the graphics are kind of simple.. like cardboard cutouts bouncing around and shooting you. but it reminds me of the old shooters on sega saturn and stuff. not bad at all, and evel slightly realistic. i think it was the sound effects that pulled it together. but the unreal tournamt "head shot!" was a bit too much i think.

i really like this game! it's not very often that you see original puzzle games poted on the internet. most puzzle games now-adays are re-hashes of older ones.

i think you have a smash hit here, my friend. this game could do to today's generation what tetris did years back. and the storyline was also good, and condensed as well, so as to give the gameplay itself total attention.

i certainly hope that more napkins are blessed with your creativity. and hopefully that creativity will create another awesome game. nice work :thumbs up:.

i felt more like i was link, and i was playing link to the past, only the graphics were a lot worse than the snes release.. my apologies, but this wasn't really all that great, and i really see no replay value in it...

the physics in the game were just horrible....

i'm not saying it's a bad game.. even though it is.. i'm just saying that your physics scripting needs a lot more work. and you need to not make it so difficult to get past the first level, that throws players off.

i made it to level 3 and gave up because i couldn't get this stupid ball to land on the tiny ledge on the way back up after hittingthe second button. which was annoying in itself because i went all the way through the level, just to have to go backwards

if I ever make another, it will definalty be ALOT better. I built this game on a modified car physics script thats why it was so crappy, but 2 years have passed, I know how to script alot better, and my level design skills went up 100 fold.

interesting target practice game

this game wasn't too bad.. i like the points system, very cool.. the gunshot sound was good too, even though it was the only sound in the game.. that would be a great target practice game as an intro to a shooter-style game.. alone it's not too bad, but it with some other gaming aspect added to it, it could be a little more interesting

how'd this get on here?

this isn't a bad submission, but there's not nearly enough control over the characters.. and i'm not quite sure what the object is.. to get the flag to the base? well i did that, and nothing happened.. then i killed an enemy, and he appeared in the same damn spot! why can't i do that? i only get one freaking life
